# MSIG RESOLUTION — Temporary Emergency Access to Vaulta X Account Proposed Date: January 17, 2026 Network: Vaulta Network Approval Threshold: 15 of Top 21 Block Producers # WHEREAS The Vaulta Network relies on official communication channels, including the Vaulta X (formerly Twitter) account at https://x.com/vaulta_, for transparency, coordination, and timely updates to the community. The Vaulta Network is currently in the process of transitioning to a new stewardship structure, including the formation of a new stewardship organization, which is not yet fully operational or approved. Continued access to the official Vaulta X account is necessary to ensure uninterrupted communications and to prevent the account from appearing inactive during this interim governance period. Yves La Rose currently maintains ownership to the Vaulta X account. The BlockzHub.io team, operating as EOS Support Block Producer (eossupportbp), has been requested to temporarily assist with communications solely for continuity and operational stability during this transition. # NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED ## 1. Temporary Access Authorization The Vaulta Network Block Producers hereby request and direct Yves La Rose to grant temporary administrative access to the official Vaulta X account (https://x.com/vaulta_) to the BlockzHub.io team operating as EOS Support BP (eossupportbp), strictly for the limited purpose of maintaining network communications during the Vaulta stewardship transition period. ## 2. Scope and Duration The access granted under this resolution is temporary and transitional in nature. BlockzHub.io’s use of the Vaulta X account shall be limited to publishing operational and network-related updates, maintaining continuity of communications, and refraining from any activity outside normal Vaulta Network communications. This authorization shall take effect starting January 17, 2026, and shall remain valid until a new stewardship organization for the Vaulta Network is formally established and approved by at least 15 out of 21 Block Producers, or until otherwise revoked by an on-chain MSIG. ## 3. Content Review and Veto Process Any proposed public post must first be shared as a final draft in the “Vaulta Block Producers” Telegram group. A 24-hour review period shall apply following publication of the draft. If no explicit veto is raised by any Block Producer within this period, EOS Support BP shall be permitted to publish the draft content on the Vaulta X account. This process is intended solely to preserve visibility and continuity and does not confer editorial ownership. ## 4. No Transfer of Ownership This resolution does not constitute a transfer of ownership of the Vaulta X account, an assignment of intellectual property, or a waiver of any rights held by the former Vaulta Foundation or any other entity. It is strictly a temporary access authorization for operational continuity. ## 5. Disclosure and Transparency This MSIG action is adopted transparently and in good faith for the benefit of the Vaulta Network and its community. All actions taken pursuant to this resolution shall be publicly attributable to MSIG authorization and not to unilateral action by any individual or entity. ## 6. Indemnification of BlockzHub.io (EOS Support BP) The Vaulta Network Block Producers hereby indemnify and hold harmless EOS Support BP, the BlockzHub team, and their officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, or liabilities arising solely from actions taken in good faith and within the scope of this MSIG resolution, including but not limited to claims brought by the former Vaulta Foundation, individual Block Producers, or any other third party. This resolution does not imply acceptance of responsibility for historical actions, omissions, or disputes predating this authorization. ## 7. No Harm or Liability to the former Vaulta Foundation Nothing in this resolution is intended to cause harm to, or impose liability upon, the former Vaulta Foundation. All actions taken pursuant to this resolution are transitional, non-adverse, and intended solely to preserve continuity and stability of network communications. ## 8. Good Faith Cooperation Requested The Block Producers respectfully request Yves La Rose’s cooperation in implementing this MSIG resolution promptly and in good faith, in the best interests of the Vaulta Network and its community. ## 9. Non-Compliance Acknowledgement Failure to implement this MSIG resolution within 72 hours following on-chain approval may be considered an act of non-cooperation with Vaulta Network governance and may result in further MSIG actions deemed necessary by the Block Producers to protect network communications and community interests. # APPROVAL This resolution shall become effective upon approval by not fewer than fifteen (15) of top twenty-one (21) Vaulta Network Block Producers via on-chain multisignature.
